As Customer Success Engineer you will be the face and voice of the company at conferences, meetings with potential partners and a point of reference for existing ones.

Agenda

Your goal will be to make our customers successful integrating our APIs in their products, helping them writing code, sending examples, documentation, answering questions they might have.

Do your thing

You will be pro-active in writing our documentation and knowledge base and keeping up to date with new features and releases.

Skills

  • Experience with multiple languages, Javascript, Python, PHP, Objective-C
  • Experience with implementing code following specs and documentation

A plus if...

  • Fluent in Chinese
  • Experience with working with Chinese Customers
  • Two years of experience as a customer success engineer
